Gelatin??? As a vegan? It sounds impossible, but thanks for brands like Simply Delish, us vegans can have “jell-O” without the animal products.

This stuff is great. It does take a while to set, as there is no “quick” method, like normal “Jell-O”, but it offers a similar substitute for when you want a jiggly dessert…. and when you want Jell-O shots.
However, one thing that I absolutely hate about Jell-O shots is the excessive waste. Little plastic cups and lids pile up in your garbage after a party. While you may have a good time, that plastic sticks around forever.
But not here. We class it up with a gelatin dish, so the only waste is from the Simply Delish cardboard box and bag. Also, you can make it look fancy with fresh fruit like peaches, blueberries, and strawberries.
