Our favorite local resort, Brighton, recently opened their new Snake Creek mid mountain lodge, and we spent the weekend celebrating at the Red Bull Winter Vibes Après event.
Over the course of a couple days, we went night skiing, ate tater tots, danced in our ski boots, and drank Pear Cinnamon Red Bulls (the best flavor in my opinion…). Not gonna lie, my body was very tired after skiing three days in a row, but it was a great way to kick off a new chapter of Brighton Resort’s après scene. Plus, I was stoked to see some plant-based options available at the new lodge.
